Gamecocks, Artsman Offer Women’s Final Four Court Collection
COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina Athletics has partnered with Artsman to create collections of distinctive items made from the court on which the Gamecocks won their 2024 NCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship. Fans can pre-order any of the five limited-edition items at: https://artsmansport.com/collections/south-carolina-gamecocks.
The collection includes a wood block, a pendant, a mini court, a desk frame and a wall frame. Each piece is hand crafted from game-used portions of the court, so no two items are alike. Several pieces come in decorative gift boxes.
A portion of the proceeds from the sales of every item will directly benefit the Gamecock women’s basketball program.
With limited quantities of each item offered based on how much court was available to use, fans are encouraged to pre-order their preferred items early. Production on the items will begin in a few weeks, so delivery may take 8-10 weeks.
Earlier this month, South Carolina women’s basketball became the fifth program in NCAA history to cap an undefeated season with its a National Championship. The program’s third national title came after replacing all five starters from last season’s Final Four team, making them the first team in the last 25 seasons to even get to the Final Four without any returning starters. The Gamecocks led the nation in blocks per game, field goal percentage defense, scoring margin and average attendance. South Carolina won its NCAA Tournament games by an average of 24.3 points and claimed its nation-leading 11 wins over ranked opponents by 14.6 points per game.
