Women’s Basketball Releases 2020-21 Chalk Talk Dates

COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina women’s basketball released today the dates for its series of virtual Chalk Talks presented by AllSouth Federal Credit Union. The pre-game events will be virtual and require pre-registration this season, but they will still include one of the Gamecocks’ assistant coaches breaking down that day’s game and the opportunity to win various Gamecock autographed prizes at each event, courtesy of AllSouth. One grand prize winner will also win a personal one-on-one video call with Coach Staley.
 
The planned Chalk Talk dates and tentative times are:
         Mon., Jan. 4, 5:30 p.m. – at Alabama
         Thu., Jan. 14, 6:30 p.m. – at Vanderbilt
         Sun., Jan. 24, 11:30 a.m. – at LSU
         Thu., Feb. 11, 5:30 p.m. – vs. Missouri
         Sat., Feb. 21, 1:30 p.m. – vs. Kentucky
         Thu., Feb. 25, 5:30 p.m. – vs. Florida
 
Fans can register for each Chalk Talk at: www.GamecockChalkTalk.com and will receive a confirmation email with more specific details. On the day of each Chalk Talk, only the first 500 can be admitted into the session.
 
The No. 5/4 Gamecocks are off the holiday break and will return to the court for the SEC opener against Ole Miss on Thu., Dec. 31, at 6:30 p.m. Banners commemorating the team’s 2019-20 achievements will be unveiled prior to the game.
