Williams-Brice Stadium was the site of an exercise by Homeland Security on Wednesday morning in Columbia. Representatives from the various law enforcement and emergency agencies throughout the area were on hand to participate in the drills.

A reminder that these were just drills and there was not an actual emergency at the stadium on Wednesday. Many fans had called the Athletics Department inquiring whether or not there had been an emergency, but it was just an exercise on the part of Homeland Security.
