Gamecock Signing Class Receives Highest Honorable Mention Ranking

May 30, 2014

COLUMBIA, S.C. — South Carolina volleyball’s 2014 signing class has received a highest honorable mention ranking from Prepvolleyball.com’s recruiting rankings released this week.

Highest honorable mention means the three-player class signed by head coach Scott Swanson, who enters his fourth year in Columbia, is ranked among the 55 best recruiting classes in the country.

“We couldn’t be more proud or excited about this recruiting class, and it is nice to be recognized nationally,” Swanson said. “The South Carolina volleyball program continues to attract hard working winners that expect to have success and a great experience. Our three 2014 recruits are not only elite athletes but great students and teammates that will help our program make Gamecock Nation proud.”
