With construction in full gear this week at the new Carolina Softball Stadium, the Gamecock softball team will take its show on the road Tuesday, hosting Presbyterian College at the Pine Grove Complex in West Columbia.

Admission will be free to all fans for the 6 p.m. contest.

“We appreciate the cooperation we’ve received from the folks at the Pine Grove Complex to make this happen,” said South Carolina head coach Beverly Smith. “They did a wonderful job for us last fall when they helped us host the NPF exhibition game. This will be an opportunity for us to showcase our program in another location while still keeping a home field advantage.”

The Pine Grove Complex is located near the Columbia Metropolitan Airport at 700 Old Barnwell Road.
