Cocky Trot 5K & Fun Run/Walk

Saturday, April 20 at 8 a.m. | Gamecock Park & Williams-Brice Stadium

The Cocky Trot 5K is back for 2024 and it’ll be a fun filled morning for the whole family. Racers can complete a 5K course starting in Gamecock Park, running through the outdoor and indoor football practice fields before making their way to Williams-Brice Stadium to cross the finish line at the 50-yard line.

For those that want to participate but don’t want to complete the full 5K, we also have a shorter Fun Run/Walk (approx. 1 mile)!

Regular pricing for the Cocky Trot will last through April 14 and pricing will increase the week of the race. All participants will receive a special edition Cocky Trot 5K t-shirt and a finisher medal!

Volunteer Opportunities
We also have volunteer positions available! All volunteers will get breakfast on race morning, the ability to purchase discounted tickets to select football and baseball games and a Cocky Trot t-shirt.
