COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina Senior Tennis player Jennifer Radman was named to the CoSIDA/Verizon Academic All-District III First Team yesterday, one of 15 to gain the First Team honors. Radman, a senior this past year, finished her college career with 3.78 GPA while double-majoring in Finance and Chinese. Radman played tennis at the University of South Carolina, playing in the No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles of most of the year.

South Carolina was selected to host a NCAA Regional Tennis Championships this year. Carolina defeated Hampton 4-1 in the first round, but fell to Virginia Commonwealth 4-1 in the second round. The Gamecocks ended their season with a record of 17-8, 7-4 in the SEC.
