Spartanburg, S.C. – University of South Carolina men’s golfer, Scott Feaster, advances in the third round of the 30th South Carolina Amateur Match Play Championship at the Country Club of Spartanburg after defeating Mickey Plyler 5 and 4 in match play.

The quarterfinals is the third round of the five-day event. Feaster advanced to match play after making Friday’s cut with a two-round score of 142. Feaster later lost in the second round of action on day three with a score of 2 and 1.
