COLUMBIA, S.C.- For the second time in consecutive meets women’s cross country runner Jenny Lake took the individual title while setting a course record. Lake’s time of 18:55 in the 5K race, shattered the old course record by 15 seconds at The Citadel Invitational in Charleston, S.C. South Carolina’s times continued to improve as their 61 points was enough to garner them second place.
