Columbia, S.C. – Sophomore RHP Aaron Rawl will be out an indefinite period with a broken finger on his right hand. Rawl injured his finger during Sunday’s game at Tennessee. Rawl owns a 4-2 record with a 3.72 ERA. The injury occurred when Rawl hit his hand against the dugout wall at the end of the eighth inning.

South Carolina travels to Greenville on Wednesday evening to face Furman before resuming conference play with a weekend series vs. Vanderbilt at Sarge Frye Field. Wednesday night’s game with Furman is scheduled to start at 7:15 p.m.
