COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Devan Downey tied his career high with 11 assists and set career bests with eight rebounds and six steals to help lead South Carolina to a 103-42 victory over The Citadel on Monday night.

South Carolina scored 92 points in its first game, marking the first time since 1995 that the Gamecocks have had more than 90 points in back-to-back games.
