South Carolina freshman Kelsey Bone will send periodic updates from her time with USA Basketball as the team prepares for the U19 World Championships in Bangkok, Thailand.

Hey there Gamecocks! Well, today is the final day of training camp. We have worked hard over the past week during practices, and now it is time to head to Bangkok!

Although I am really excited about getting to Bangkok, the 19-hour flight has me stressing. My iPOD is charged, my books are packed, and my computer is ready. Hopefully I will be able to sleep while we are in the air!

We have one more scrimmage tonight against the guys, then it’s time to pack up everything and get a little sleep. Next time I talk to you guys, I will be on the other side of the globe. I’ll try to send a few pictures back.
