Former South Carolina standout Devan Downey has played in each of the Sacramento Kings’ two summer league contests thus far in the Las Vegas Summer League.

Downey played nearly five minutes in the Kings’ first contest on Monday, a 97-68 victory over the Detroit Pistons. Downey didn’t score in the contest, but dished two assists and collected one rebound.

Downey was much more active in the Kings’ second contest of summer league action, a 90-84 win over the Lakers to improve to 2-0 in the event. Downey played 22 minutes, scoring 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting from the field, while dishing five assists and collecting three steals in the contest.
