The South Carolina Gamecock football team worked out Wednesday evening at the Bluff Road practice fields. It was the squad’s 12th practice of the spring and its first practice held in the evening hours.
Wednesday’s practice was the team’s final workout prior to Saturday’s annual Garnet & Black Spring Game. That contest will kick off at 1 p.m. at Williams-Brice Stadium. Admission is free. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3 with Bill Rosinski and Randy Shannon providing the commentary.
The Gamecocks will work out again twice following the spring game. Their final two practices of the spring are set for Tuesday, April 12, and Thursday, April 14.
