COLUMBIA, S.C. – Before heading to Myrtle Beach to take on North Carolina last weekend, South Carolina women’s basketball took part in the “Christmas at Central” celebration at Central Baptist Church in Columbia. The Gamecocks adopted five of the 50 families for which the church members provided Christmas presents. Everyone gathered on Sat., Dec. 17, to share some blessings and gifts. The Gamecocks were on hand to meet the five families they supported as well.
