The University of South Carolina Athletics Department is inviting all former Carolina baseball and softball student-athletes to attend a special event on Saturday, May 4.

A brunch will be held for former baseball and softball student-athletes at the Dodie Anderson Academic Enrichment Center (1302 Heyward Street), beginning at 10 am. Additional tickets for guests may be purchased at the door for $8.

Former softball student-athletes who attend the brunch will be provided two tickets to the 2 p.m. softball contest between the Gamecocks and Florida. Former baseball student-athletes who attend the event will be provided two tickets to the noon baseball contest between the Carolina and Vanderbilt.

This event is a part of the University of South Carolina Athletics Department’s initiative to strengthen the bridge with former student-athletes. Set forth as a priority by Athletics Director Ray Tanner, events such as this are continuously being planned to connect with past Gamecock student-athletes.
