COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina junior outfielder Patrick Harrington was named to the SEC Community Service Team on Tuesday as announced by the league office. Harrington participated in several community efforts this year in the Midlands.

Harrington visited with patients at the Palmetto Richland Children’s Hospital, participated in the Harvest Hope Food Drive, volunteered at the Tunnels to Towers walk event and spoke to students at Brennan Elementary School. He also has twice participated in the Light the Night Walk at Finlay Park.
