Gamecocks Return Home for Doubleheader

COLUMBIA, S.C. — South Carolina men’s tennis team returns home after three road matches to host a doubleheader Friday, Feb. 10 at the Carolina Tennis Center. The Gamecocks will face Old Dominion at noon and SC State in the afternoon with a tentative start time of 5 p.m.

Admission and parking for all home tennis matches is free of charge.

Head Coach Josh Goffi: “We’ll continue to build and focus on ourselves at this part of the season with the goal of seeing where we can improve from match to match. ODU and SC State will be a great measuring stick for that. ODU has been playing at a high level, and they’ve had a few big wins already this year. We’re excited to see how the matches unfold.”

  • The Monarchs are 7-1 on the season, their one loss coming from No. 3 Ohio State in the regional championship match at ITA Kick-Off.
