Men's Tennis Hosts NC State Friday

COLUMBIA, S.C. — South Carolina continues its home slate, hosting NC State on Friday, Feb. 17 at 2:30 p.m. at the Carolina Tennis Center. The Gamecocks are coming off a doubleheader sweep, defeating Old Dominion 4-1 and SC State 7-0 last Friday at home.
Gamecock Notables
- The Gamecocks are 7-0 this spring, their best start in dual play since 2012.
- Junior Gabriel Friedrich (121) was named SEC Player of the Week following his win over Old Dominion’s Adam Moundir (18) in straight sets last Friday.
- The Gamecocks boast three ranked in singles: Thomas Mayronne (107), Yancy Dennis (110) and Gabriel Friedrich (121).
- South Carolina has won the doubles point in every match this year.
