Tyler Webb Becomes 50th Gamecock To Reach "The Show"

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Former South Carolina left-handed pitcher Tyler Webb (2010-13) became the 50th player in South Carolina history to make it the Majors. Webb made his MLB debut on June 24, 2017 with the New York Yankees with a scoreless inning of relief vs. the Texas Rangers. He followed that up with another scoreless inning on the next day for New York.
