Radio Affiliates Added for Women's Basketball

COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina women’s basketball fans in the Rock Hill/Charlotte area will be able to tune in to the Gamecocks’ broadcast this season, as stations in the OTS Media Group have signed on to carry 2017-18 games on Interstate 107.1 HD-2 and 104.1 and 94.3 The Bridge. In Columbia, 107.5 The Game remains the flagship station for Gamecock women’s basketball.

“We are proud to expand our coverage of Gamecock sports in the Rock Hill/Charlotte market and excited with the opportunity to showcase the national champion Gamecocks,” said OTS Media Group managing partner Allan Miller. “We’re confident that area fans will respond positively to hearing the games on a regular basis.”

The coverage expands the women’s basketball program’s coverage in the IMG Sports Network for the first time under head coach Dawn Staley. The reigning national champion Gamecocks are back in action this weekend as they travel to the Gulf Coast Showcase in Estero, Fla., where they will open play on Fri., Nov. 24, at 1:30 p.m. against Rutgers.
