Benefits for Season Ticket Holders
We are pleased to introduce additional benefits to you as a South Carolina Athletics Season Ticket Holder. You have several options for your tickets, even if you can’t attend every game. Log in to your Gamecock Athletics account manager to get started.

New Features:

  • Share Your Tickets– Now you can email your tickets to friends, family or clients – up to 2 hours before the game.Forwarding is ONLY $1.95 per ticket.
  • Sell Your Tickets– You may sell unused tickets through our official re-sale platform, TicketExchange.
  • Edit Your Profile– This feature makes it easier than ever to keep your account info updated.
  • Make Payments– View statements and make payments from home or the office.

Getting Started

Log in to your Gamecock Athletics account manager with your unique Account ID, or e-mail address, and Password. Then, simply choose the link you are interested in or select “Get Started” to begin sharing your tickets, making payments and more. If you are a ticket holder in any ticketed sport at South Carolina then you have a predetermined Account ID and password. If you do not know your Account ID or password, contact the South Carolina Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 472-3267.

Share Your Tickets

Log in to your Gamecock Athletics account manager to get started. Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone, up to 2 hours before the game, via ticket forwarding. This service allows you to email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can’t attend a game. It’s so easy – you don’t even need to have the tickets in hand. Avoid the hassles of Will Call lines and in-person delivery and start enjoying the benefits of this new service.

Follow these easy steps to email your tickets.

Step 1: Select the tickets you wish to forward. You can forward more than one ticket at a time per game, but only to a single recipient.

Step 2: Enter the recipient’s first and last name, email address and any special message you’d like to send with your tickets.

Step 3: Submit your billing information. You may select to pay the fee or have the recipient pay the fee. The charge for forwarding tickets is $1.95 per ticket – a cost-effective alternative to hassles of Will Call lines, in-person delivery or courier services.

Step 4: You’ll be asked to verify your order before completing the transaction. Once the tickets are accepted, the barcode on your original season ticket will be cancelled and a new one delivered to the recipient via email and can be printed using any standard printer. You’ll receive an email confirmation for your records.

Edit Your Profile

Log in to your Gamecock Athletics account manager to get started. Now you can edit your profile from wherever you have Internet access. You’ll be able to keep your account information up to date quickly and easily; including changes to your password, your contact information, your billing information and more. Take a look!

Click the view/edit settings link first.

Then, click “Manage my Personal Profile”, and the following box appears:

1. Enter the pin (your password) 3 times. Once in the space for “Current Personal Identification Number”, once at the Password space, and once at the “Reenter Password’ space.
2. Make your address, phone number, or email changes.

Make Payments

Log in to your Gamecock Athletics account manager to get started. When you sign up for an account, you’ll be able to make payments directly through our secure website. It’s safe and easy!

Follow these easy steps to make payment on your season tickets.

Step 1: Select View / Pay Open Invoices then select the invoice you wish to pay.

Step 2: Click pay now to see detail of items on that invoice and proceed to payment screen.

Step 3: Click Continue to enter payment information

Step 4: Enter in your method of payment and billing address. If a payment plan is available the option will be present on this screen.
*Make sure credit cards are entered with no spaces or dashes (-).*

Step 5: After the transaction is completed print off a copy of your receipt for your records. Your address information must match your credit card statement. Once all required fields are entered, please click “renew tickets”.
