Sellman Named NCEA Rider of the Month

Waco, Texas – South Carolina equestrian senior Madison Sellman continues to add more hardware to her trophy case after being named the National Collegiate Equestrian Association Flat Rider of the Month for March, NCEA officials announced on Thursday.

Sellman used her final collegiate ride to earn her third M.O.P. win of the season with her dominant 86-66 win over Delaware State’s Miranda Adcock. With her win Sellman moved into eighth place in program history with 24 wins on the flat, and her M.O.P. win bumped her total up to five, tied for seventh all-time in Gamecock history.
 
This is the second monthly honor for Sellman this season. She previously won the SEC Flat Rider of the Month award for September.
