Gamecocks Tentatively Add Ole Miss to February Schedule

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Southeastern Conference has announced the tentative schedule addition for women’s basketball games to be played on Thu., Feb. 25, adding South Carolina hosting Ole Miss at Colonial Life Arena. Tipoff time will be announced at a later date.
 
The Feb. 25 game will replace the originally scheduled meeting between the Gamecocks and Rebels, which had been set for Dec. 31 but was postponed due to COVID-19 issues within the Ole Miss program. South Carolina instead played Florida on Dec. 31, which left its Feb. 25 date open. Ole Miss was originally scheduled to play a Feb. 25 game against Vanderbilt, which opted out of the remainder of the 2020-21 season earlier this month.
 
Tickets issued for the original Feb. 25 game against Florida will be honored for the Ole Miss game on the same date. Season ticket holders will receive an email from the ticket office with more information.
