Welcome Women's Basketball Home to Columbia Monday
The team will arrive outside Colonial Life Arena Monday afternoon
COLUMBIA, S.C. – Fans can welcome home their national champion South Carolina women’s basketball team on Mon., April 4, outside the main entrance of Colonial Life Arena. A short program celebrating the team’s season, including comments from University President Harris Pastides, Athletics Director Ray Tanner and Head coach Dawn Staley is expected to begin at 2:30 p.m. ET.
Fans attending the celebration can park in Discovery Garage (821 Park Street) for this event. Note that there will be road closures around the arena, including Greene and Lincoln Streets.
Fans not able to attend in person can follow through the GamecocksOnline’s Twitter, Facebook and YouTube channel. The event will also be carried on the SEC Network.
