All New Softball Docuseries Coming to Gamecocks+
Premiering Wednesday, May 22, on Gamecocks+, “The Follow” is headed to Beckham Field and behind the scenes of the rise of the South Carolina softball program to among the nation’s best.
In year one under head coach Ashley Chastain Woodard, the Gamecocks find themselves not only in the Super Regionals, but set to host one of the most historic programs in collegiate softball history with UCLA coming to town.
Episode one of the latest edition of “The Follow” will take you behind the scenes, allowing fans to get to know their first year head coach, relive the biggest moments from the early part of the season through the players’ perspectives, and see how this team was able to not just raise expectations, but shatter them.
