Largeron Set to Compete at Men's NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Junior Pierre Largeron will represent the South Carolina men’s swimming and diving team at the 2026 NCAA Championships from Wed., March 25, to Sat., March 28, at the McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta, Ga.

Largeron qualified for three events (200, 500, and 1650-yard freestyle) but will compete in the 200 and 500 freestyle on Thursday and Friday, respectively.

The junior heads into the championship meet after two top-15 finishes at the 2026 SEC Championships. Largeron grabbed sixth in the 500-yard freestyle and 13th in the 200 freestyle. He was a member of two relays that both finished in the top ten.

This season, Largeron has accumulated nine individual event wins and one pool record.

Prelims are slated to start at 10 a.m. with finals kicking off at 6 p.m. each day. All sessions will be streamed live on ESPN+. Viewing links and additional information about the event are available on the championship website, found here.
