Block Party Lineup
Meet the artists who will be performing on the Block Party stage beginning at 1:30 p.m.
Katie DeMartini
A singer-songwriter from New Jersey, currently living in Columbia, SC, Katie DeMartini is a fast-rising indie-pop artist based in South Carolina, crafting songs that feel like secret diary entries turned up loud. She’ll take the stage around 1:30 p.m. showcasing a sound that fuses the emotional core of acoustic songwriting with the punch of early 2000s punk. Delivering catchy, confessional hooks with guitar-driven grit, her music is inspired by artists like Avril Lavigne, Alanis Morissette, Olivia Rodrigo, and Gracie Abrams. Her debut album nobody’s favorite is out now.
Mary English
Charlotte native, Mary English is a rising pop-country artist blending modern country with a distinct Southern perspective. A University of South Carolina alum with a background in marketing and entertainment, Mary English has built her foundation performing across the Southeast, cultivating a loyal fanbase through both live shows and digital content. Mary English will close out the Block Party taking the stage around 2:35 p.m.
With over 20 original songs and more than 700,000 streams on Spotify, she has shared the stage with Darius Rucker and performed at the 2024 Carolina Country Music Festival—continuing to build momentum as a rising voice in country music.
The Saint Cecilia
A dynamic rock band known for their raw and original sound, The Saint Cecilia will take the stage around 3:40 p.m. Hailing from Costa Rica, their sound is rooted in the classic rock of the 1960s and 70s while embracing the energy and style of modern rock bands.
The Saint Cecilia has opened for the Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Smashing Pumpkins, performed at Austin City Limits in Texas, BottleRock in California and the Laguna Seca IndyCar Race and are currently embarking on their first official U.S. Tour.
