COLUMBIA – The University of South Carolina baseball team went 0-4 on the week, falling to The Citadel on Tuesday and LSU this weekend.

NOTES:
Josh Gregoire pitched in his hometown this weekend when he toed the rubber at LSU on Sunday. Gregoire pitched 1.1 scoreless innings with one hit and one strikeout. On the season, Gregoire has made 17 appearances with 26 strikeouts in 20.1 innings pitched.

Tyler Bak belted his sixth home run of the season with his solo shot in the first inning on Saturday at LSU. Bak has 16 extra-base hits with 27 RBI on the year.

Carolina will take the midweek off for final exams and return to action this weekend against Alabama at Founders Park. Friday and Saturday’s game will be televised on SEC Network and Saturday will be Senior Day for the five Gamecock seniors.
