The Gamecock Ambassadors are back for the 2026 season ready to assist fans around the outside plaza and throughout Willaims-Brice Stadium. Our Guest Services locations are stocked with a variety of convenience items such as band aids, ear plugs, sunscreen, feminine products, hair ties, sensory bags and more to ensure fans make the most of their day at the stadium. For non-emergency issues, fans should find our friendly ambassadors for assistance at locations around the plaza or at our permanent guest services locations inside Williams-Brice Stadium.

As part of Williams-Brice Reimagined, Gamecock Athletics has furthered its commitment to a sensory inclusive experience for fans. Starting this season, a sensory room will be available for fans on the East Ground concourse near the Northeast Ramp/Gates 79-82. This room is outfitted with adjustable lighting, calming visuals and comfortable seating. A range of sensory tools and equipment such as bubble walls, bean bag chairs and tactile objects are available to create a personalized and calming experience. The room is fully accessible, accommodating individuals of all abilities and ages. This room is in addition to the sensory bags debuted in 2025 which offer comfort on the go for individuals with sensory processing issues that can be checked out at guest service locations throughout the stadium.

This fall, Gamecock Athletics will also debut its first ever Nursing Mothers Room at Williams-Brice Stadium, located on the East Ground concourse, adjacent to the elevators and first aid. Women needing access to this room should check in with the adjacent guest services location. This room is in addition to the two Mamava nursing pods that were added to the stadium last season. The nursing pods are located on the West Ground concourse near first aid and under the southeast stairs by the Cockaboose Club. To access the nursing pods, visit the nearest guest services location or utilize the Mamava. As we look ahead to the 2027 season, an additional Nursing Mothers Room will be added on the West Main Concourse.

In order to ensure fans are able to stay hydrated on game days, all-new bottle fillers and water fountains have been installed on the East Ground, West Main and Student Section concourses. Existing bottler fillers and water fountains are available on all other concourses.

In order for fans to stay hydrated on their walk to Williams-Brice Stadium and refill their bottle upon entering the stadium, fans will continue to be permitted to bring one empty and clear plastic disposable bottle of water per person OR one sealed clear plastic disposable bottle of water into the stadium (i.e., Dasani water bottle). All glass bottles and non-clear bottles such as Stanleys and Owalas are still strictly prohibited in Williams-Brice Stadium.

Phone Charging stations will be back at Williams-Brice Stadium this fall. Fans can rent portable chargers from kiosks on the East Ground, West Main and Student Section concourses as well as the Horseshoe Club, Traditions Club and the Cockaboose Club. Fans are encouraged to download the ChargerGoGo App in advance to make portable charger rental easier on game day.

Seven First Aid locations are available throughout Williams-Brice Stadium staffed by local nurses and EMS crews. As part of Williams-Brice Reimagined, a new location will open this season on the East Ground Concourse and a temporary location will open on the West Main Concourse with a permanent location opening in 2027.
