Women's Tennis Announces 2026 Fall Slate
COLUMBIA, S.C. — The South Carolina women’s tennis program announced its 2026 fall schedule Tuesday. The fall slate includes one traditional tournament, two ITF professional events and three ITA competitions, providing the Gamecocks opportunities to earn qualification for the NCAA Individual Championships in November.
The Gamecocks will open the fall campaign at the Debbie Southern Furman Fall Classic from Sept. 11-13, in Greenville, S.C.
South Carolina will then compete at the ITA All-Americans in Cary, N.C., from Sept. 19-27, before returning to the Palmetto State for the ITF W50 Lexington event from Oct. 5-11 at the Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center in Lexington.
The fall season is highlighted by the ITA Carolina Regionals hosted here at the Carolina Outdoor Tennis Center from Oct. 15-20. More details are to come.
Following the Carolina Regionals, select Gamecocks will compete at the ITF W15 Sumter event Oct. 26-Nov. 1 in Sumter, S.C.
The Gamecocks will close out the collegiate portion of the fall at the ITA Sectionals in Charlottesville, Va., Nov. 5-8.
South Carolina will also have an opportunity to compete at the NCAA Individual Championships, scheduled for Nov. 17-22 in Athens, Ga. Participation in the NCAA Individual Championships is dependent upon qualification.
