Men’s Tennis Announces 2026 Fall Schedule
COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina men’s tennis head coach Josh Goffi has announced the Gamecocks’ 2026 fall schedule, featuring six competitions across four states. Two of the tournaments will be hosted in Columbia.
The Gamecocks return three players who reached All-American status last season; doubles All-Americans Sean Daryabeigi and Max Stenzer return alongside singles All-American Paul Barbier Gazeu.
South Carolina enters the fall campaign with three players ranked among the nation’s top 105 in singles listed in the ITA preseason poll, led by Barbier Gazeu at No. 34, Daryabeigi at No. 41 and Wake Forest transfer Charlie Robertson at No. 105. In doubles, Barbier Gazeu and Robertson are ranked No. 12, while Daryabeigi and Stenzer enter the season ranked No. 52.
The Gamecocks will split the opening week between two tournaments with those who qualify heading to Tulsa, Oklahoma for the ITA All-Americans from Sept. 19-27. The remaining players will stay in Columbia as South Carolina is slated to host the ITF 15K from Sept. 21-27.
The team remains home for the following competition, hosting the ITA Carolina Regionals from Oct. 8-12, providing the Gamecocks an opportunity to qualify for the NCAA Individual Championships on their home court. More details on the event will be released at a later date.
The Gamecocks then travel to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for the Wake Forest Invite, Oct. 23-25, before making their way to Charlottesville, Virginia, for the ITA Sectionals, Nov. 5-8.
Those who qualify will close South Carolina’s fall schedule in Athens, Georgia at the NCAA Individual Championships from Nov. 17-22.
