2016-17 (SENIOR)

ATHLETICS

  • Finished third on the team in singles wins with a 22-11 overall record
  • Went 18-7 in dual-match play, enough to tie for the second-most on the team
  • His 18 dual-match wins are enough to tie for the fifth-most by a senior in a season in program history
  • Started the dual-match season with a seven-match win streak
  • Played the majority of his matches in the No. 5 spot, tallying a 6-4 SEC record
  • Defeated David Gonzalez of East Tennessee in a three-set match in the First Round of the NCAA Team Tournament (May 12)
  • Advanced to the semifinals of the Charlotte Invitational with wins over Will Albright of UNC-Greensboro and Milo Bargeron of Appalachian State
  • Went 7-18 in doubles play, including a 6-12 dual-match record and a 2-6 SEC record

2015-16 (JUNIOR)

ATHLETICS

  • Finished third on the team in singles wins, going 25-15 and 14-12 in dual-match play
  • Got experience at the top of the lineup to open the spring before settling into his role at No. 4 singles to close the year
  • Was ranked No. 116 for four weeks to begin the spring
  • Earned doubles rankings throughout the season paired with Harrison O’Keefe (as high as No. 51) and Thomas Mayronne (as high as No. 69)
  • Went 15-13 in doubles, 10-8 in dual matches
  • Put together an impressive 6-5 mark in SEC singles competition
  • Won five of his last singles results to finish the season, including a three-set win against his opponent from No. 13 Texas A&M in the SEC Tournament (Apr. 22)
  • Clinched matches against Winthrop (Jan. 16) and The Citadel (Jan. 30)
  • A strong performer in three-set matches (7-4) and tiebreakers (6-4)
  • Went 4-0 at the Bulldog Scramble with two wins over opponents from Georgia to be tabbed the Bulldog Scramble Champion (Nov. 15)

2014-15 (SOPHOMORE AT PENN STATE)

ATHLETICS

  • Victorious in 13 singles matches for the Nittany Lions, including nine in the spring, and 14 doubles matches during the season
  • Entered the fall with a No. 43 ranking in the ITA Doubles Poll along with teammate Leo Stakhovsky
  • Competed in the fall at the ITA All-American Championships, ITA Atlantic Regional and USTA Clay Court Invitational
  • Reached the round of 16 in both singles and doubles at the ITA Atlantic Regional
  • Advanced in singles competition with a win at both the ITA All-American Championships and the USTA Clay Court Invitational
  • Split time at No. 1 and No. 2 in singles lineup during the spring as he won six matches at No. 1 and three at No. 2

2013-14 (FRESHMAN AT PENN STATE)

ATHLETICS

  • Posted a 16-10 record in spring matches and 20 overall wins, clinching match point five times
  • Completed the fall with a 5-3 record in both singles and doubles after competing at the ITA All-American Championships, Wake Forest Invite and ITA Atlantic Regional
  • Put together a stretch of 10-consecutive wins at the No. 3 spot during the spring including matchups against four top-50 teams
  • Won five Big Ten matches, picking up wins against four top-70 teams
  • Took his first round match in the NCAA Tournament 6-4, 6-1 against UNC Wilmington

HIGH SCHOOL

  • Rated a five-star recruit and the No. 22 prospect in the country bytennisrecruiting.net
  • Played at the High Performance Tennis Academy where he finished as the second-ranked prospect in Pennsylvania and a top-three ranking in the Middle Atlantic
  • Played at Fox Lane High School, becoming the first seventh grader in school history to play on the varsity tennis team
  • Reached the quarterfinals of the USTA Spring National Championships
