Justin Holliday Bio
HIGH SCHOOL: Cleared 15[apos] in the pole vault, ran a 5:35 mile and a 20:08 in the 5K…two-time All-State selection….placed second in the pole vault at the South Carolina state championships his sophomore year and won the championship his junior year.
PERSONAL: Graduated third in his class and was awarded one of four Gold Key Awards for academics at Ninety Six High School…son of Tom and Candace Holliday….his father Tom played baseball at Covenant College…also considered United States Naval Academy…intends to major in biology/pre-med…decided on South Carolina because they had everything he wanted academically and athletically. He wanted to go somewhere that would make him the best that he could be and felt that South Carolina offered that.
