Threw the weight throw in six meets during the indoor campaign … Recorded his first collegiate win at the Carolina Challenge when he tossed the weight 16.58m (54-4.75) … Cleared the 17.00m mark for the first time in his career at the Tiger Paw Invite, throwing a new personal best distance of 17.27m (56-8) … Finished runner-up at the USC Indoor Open after throwing 17.07m (56-0) … Finished 15^th at the SEC Indoor Championship, tossing his third longest throw of the season at 16.89m (55-5).

Outdoor
Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season, throwing the hammer throw in each appearance … Competed in the SEC Outdoor Championship and finished 14^th after throwing 52.31m (171-7) … Put together five Top-5 finishes on the season, including winning the Gamecock Invitational after throwing 52.27m (171-6) … His best throw of the season was a distance of 53.44m (175-4), good enough for a fifth place finish at the USC Outdoor Open.

Competed in four meets during the indoor season, all in the weight throw … Made his Gamecock debut at the Gamecock Opener, placing second in the weight throw following a distance of 16.38m (53-9) … Posted his indoor personal record at the Carolina Challenge the following week, throwing 16.50m (54-1.75) to finish seventh.

Outdoor

Appeared in four outdoor meets, throwing the hammer … Made his outdoor Gamecock debut at the Weems Baskin Relays when he placed fifth after throwing 52.60m (172-7) … Recorded his personal best in the hammer throw at the SEC Championship where he finished 17^th overall with a distance of 53.78m (176-5).
