Arguably the greatest punter in South Carolina Football history… owns the school record for career punting average at 45.5 yards… owns the top two single-season punting marks, setting the record in 2018 with a 44.8-yard average, then surpassing that by nearly three yards per punt in 2019 with a 47.7-yard average… named the Jim Carlen MVP for Special Teams in three-consecutive seasons… two-time member of the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Garnered second-team All-SEC honors as selected by the league’s coaches… averaged 44.8 yards per punt, fifth in the SEC and 13th nationally… the team posted a net punting average of 40.8 yards, fourth in the SEC and 12th in the country… shared the Jim Carlen Award, which goes to the MVP of special teams, with Parker White… his 44.8-yard average was the best single-season mark in school history, just ahead of the 44.3-yard mark set by Daren Parker in 1989 and matched by Sean Kelly in 2015… of his 48 punts, 26 resulted in a fair catch, 16 were inside the 20, 15 traveled 50-plus yards and only two were touchbacks… launched a season-best 66-yarder against Kentucky and averaged 51.7 yards on the day… named the Ray Guy Award National Punter of the Week for his performance against Texas A&M, when he averaged 50.7 yards, including a 61-yarder… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Redshirt sophomore who earned the punting duties during fall camp… earned the Jim Carlen Award as the MVP on special teams and the Most Productive Player award for special teams… ranked sixth in the SEC and 30th in the nation in punting, averaging 43.5 yards per punt… Gamecocks finished 19th in the nation in net punting at 40.5 yards per punt… had 15 punts inside the 20, 17 of 50-yards or longer and only four touchbacks… punted six times in his debut against NC State for an average of 46.7 yards, including a long of 64… booted a 73-yard punt against Mizzou, the longest by a Gamecock since Marty Simpson had a 79-yard effort in 1992… averaged 52.7 yards on seven punts against Clemson with five over 50 yards including a long of 64… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
