Walk-on signal-caller who joined the squad in the summer… underwent heart surgery shortly after his arrival to correct a condition he has had since birth… worked with the scout team… redshirted.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Providence Day High School in Charlotte in 2021… completed 92-of-161 passes (57.1 percent) for 1,275 with 11 touchdowns, while leading his team to a 4-2 record in 2020 in a season shortened due to COVID-19… served as a team captain…coached by Chad Grier… began his high school career at Charlotte Latin High School… suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon prior to his junior season, forcing him to miss most of the campaign… also played basketball and lacrosse.
