2025-26 (SOPHOMORE)
- Went 11-13 overall in singles, taking down two ranked opponents
- Played from the No. 2 – No. 5 positions, primarily at No. 4 where he held a 5-8 record
- Clinched the win for the Gamecocks against then-No. 10 Columbia in a gritty three set win where he overcame a 6-1 first set loss.
- Defeated No. 103 David Saye of then-No. 24 Michigan State in his first ranked win of the season.
- Highest ranked win of the season came in the Gamecocks victory over then-No. 16 Florida, where Karahan took down No. 46 Jeremy Jin to clinch the win for the team
- Went 14-6 overall in doubles, playing primarily with Cole Henceroth. The two held a 8-4 record together.
- Defeated the No. 76 pair from Michigan State alongside Henceroth in a 6-2 victory.
- Held a six match win streak at the beginning of the season in doubles which started with him claiming the Carolina Classic flight b doubles title with Henceroth.
2024-25 (FRESHMAN)
- Went 21-14 in singles with a 14-9 record in dual matches
- Played primarily in the No. 4 (9-5) and 5 (5-2) positions
- Clinched the match against No. 18 Tennessee, helping the Gamecocks upset the Volunteers 4-3 following a 7-5, 6-4 victory
- Named SEC Freshman of the Week on April 9
- Earned a 19-11 doubles record, going 13-9 in dual matches
- Primarily played with partner Jelani Sarr during dual matches, finishing the season with a 14-9 record which included two ranked wins
- Went 10-8 with Sarr from the No. 2 position
- Had to move to the No. 1 position against No. 18 Oklahoma and face No. 39 Oscar Lacides and Bruno Nhavene when he was unranked with Sarr. Defeated the pair in a tightly contested matchup 7-6(8) to clinch the doubles point for the Gamecocks
- Was ranked in doubles with Sarr for seven different weeks, reaching a high of No. 39
