2013-14 – Competed at the SEC Championships 50 freestyle and butterfly events … Recorded his best finish at the championships in the 200 butterfly, recording a NCAA `B[apos] cut time at 1:47.90 to place 27^th … Finished 33^rd in the 100 butterfly at 48.47 … Also placed 43^rd in 50 freestyle at the championships with a time 20.61 … Recorded a pair of second-place results in the 50 freestyle … Also swam in the 200 and 1000 freestyle … Named to SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll.

2012-13 – Provided depth in the freestyle and butterfly events…Swam in every meet during the regular season and at the SEC Championships…Competed in the 50 freestyle (30th, 20.49), 100 freestyle (38th, 45.23) and 100 butterfly (39th, 49.19) at the SEC Championships…Had the team[apos]s fourth fastest time in the 50 freestyle (20.49), third fastest in the 100 freestyle (45.23) and fourth fastest in the 100 butterfly (49.19)…Recorded a season-best finish of third place on two occasions during the regular season, with one coming in the 50 freestyle and one in the 100 butterfly…Part of two relay wins…Named to the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.

PRE-COLLEGE – Graduated from Wyoming High School…Swam all four years for head coach Dave Elliott…Claimed a state championship in the 400 freestyle relay and was also a runner-up in the 400 freestyle relay during his career…Led Wyoming to a combined runner-up finish at the state championships in 2009, 2010 and 2011…Team also won district titles in 2009, 2010 and 2011…Swam on the Powel Crosley Junior YMCA Tiger Sharks club team under head coach Mike Leonard…Holds six club team records…Finished fifth in the 100 freestyle at YMCA Nationals…Also lettered two years in soccer…Member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, the Cum Laude Society and the Honor Roll…Was also an AP Scholar with Distinction.
