Appeared in nine meets during the indoor season in his first campaign with the Gamecocks, running the 400m, 300m as well as both the DMR and the 4x400m relay … Was the anchor leg on the men’s 4x400m relay at the NCAA Indoor Championship that brought home the program’s first ever gold medal with a time of 3:02.07 … Also secured Second Team All-American honors individually, finishing 15th in the 400m with a time of 46.85 … Was on the men’s DMR squad at the SEC Indoor Championship that won the second gold medal in three years, this time running the second fastest recorded time in school history at 9:30.08 … Also scored in the 4x400m relay at the SEC Indoor Championship, finishing fifth overall after running 3:05.05 … Had a meet to remember at the Tiger Paw Invitational, running the third fastest 400m time in school history when he clocked 45.44 to finish third overall … Was also the anchor leg of the men’s 4x400m relay at Tiger Paw that clocked the second fastest time in collegiate history, running 3:00.86 as a unit … His best individual 400m finish on the season was a runner-up placement in the Carolina Classic, posting a time of 46.60 … Was also a member of the fourth fastest men’s DMR team in program history, running 9:36.71 at the USC Invite to finish as silver medalists … Ran a pair of 300m sprints this season, including the eighth fastest time in school history at the Gamecock Opener, finishing fourth overall with a personal best time of 33.45 … Was also a winner in the 4x400m relay at the Clemson Opener (3:04.39), Gamecock Opener (3:05.91), and the Orange & Purple Invite (3:04.15).

Appeared in five meets during the outdoor season, primarily running the 400m and the 4x400m relay with one 200m appearance … Ran in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA East Regional and was part of the quartet that finished 14th overall with the eighth fastest time in school history, clocking 3:03.69 … Ran both the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the SEC Outdoor Championship, running 47.44 individually and then 3:05.11 on the relay to place 11th in the field … Was on the winning 4x400m relay at the East Coast Relays, running as the third leg and posting 3:04.88 … Ran a personal best 400m time of 46.85 at the East Coast Relays, finishing fifth overall in the standings … His lone 200m sprint turned in a collegiate best mark of 21.83 at the Raleigh Relays.
