Appeared in seven meets during his first collegiate indoor season, running various distance events as well as one distance medley relay … Earned First Team All-SEC honors after aiding the Gamecocks in earning the gold medal in the men’s DMR at the SEC Championship, running the second fastest time in program history at 9:30.08 … Made his collegiate debut at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener in Boston, running the mile where he placed 12th overall after clocking 4:05.54 … His fastest mile time this season was 4:05.28 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, marking the sixth fastest indoor time in program history … Won his lone 600m event during the indoor season, running the fourth fastest time in school history after crossing the line in 1:19.89 at the Gamecock Opener … Ran a pair of 800m races, turning in a personal best time of 1:50.93 at the Carolina Classic to finish third overall … Competed in one 1000m event, clocking the third fastest time in Gamecock history with a mark of 2:23.80, finishing fourth overall in the field.
