Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Qualified for the East Regional in the 400-meter hurdles … Took 32nd at the East Regional in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 52.30 … Finished 10th at the SEC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 51.86 … Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Charlotte Invitational with a time of 52.16 … Ran under 53 seconds in his final five races … Earned top-10 finishes in the 400-meter hurdles at seven of his eight meets.

2020
Indoors: Did a variety of events for the Gamecocks during the indoor season… Ran on numerous 4x400m relay squads throughout the season as the anchor leg… Ran his season-best 400m time at the South Carolina Invite in a time of 48.66 to take 18th… Ran a 60m hurdles PR of 8.23 at the South Carolina Invite.
Outdoors: Cancelled.

2019
Indoors: Ran the 400m at eight meets, including three top-five finishes… finished fifth at the Clemson Opener and fourth at the Orange & Purple Elite… picked up a victory at the Gamecock Inaugural, when he ran 48.85… tallied a new PR of 48.30 at the Tiger Paw Invitational… placed 29th at the SEC Championships, running 48.35.
Outdoors: Had his best season yet in both the 110m and 400m hurdles… won the 110mH at the Buccaneer Invitational with a new personal best, 14.43… focused primarily on the 400mH, running the event at seven meets… won the season-opening Black & Gold Challenge… finished fourth at Florida Relays with a new PR, 51.36… came in sixth at Penn Relays and 15th at the SEC Championships… qualified for the NCAA East Regional, where he finished 38th… served as an alternate for the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Austin.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL
Spent two seasons at USC Upstate… Was a four-time All-Atlantic Sun Conference selection… Finished third in the 400mH at the 2017 A-Sun Championships… Took second in both the 400mH and the 4x400m relay and third in the 4x100m relay at the 2018 conference meet… Qualified for the NCAA East Regional in 2018 in the 400mH, finishing 32nd… Set school records in the 400mH, the indoor 4x400m relay and the 4x100m relay… Won five event victories in his two seasons with the Spartans… Named the team’s Most Outstanding Performer in 2018.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, S.C… Coached by Micah McCoy… Also ran cross country… Led the Trojans to a 2014 South Carolina state title and four region titles… Was named MVP of the 2015 Northwestern team… Won five individual region championships and earned state championship runner-up finishes in the 2014 4×4 relay and the 2015 110m hurdles… Was a five-time all-state selection and an honor roll student.

Son of Jack Walker and Marvette Kennedy… Has one sister, A’Tyan, who ran track at Johnson C. Smith… Also has three brothers: Ian, Reubyn and Zion… Reuben played football at Benedict while Zion played football at Ellsworth CC… Chose the Gamecocks because he had several family members who graduated from Carolina… Majoring in information science, with the goal of working as a systems analyst.
