Indoor: Was a member of the 4X400-meter relay team that finished seventh at the NCAA Championships to earn First Team All-America honors … Competed at the SEC Championships in the 400 meters and finished 11th … Also ran the 400 meters at the South Carolina Invitational, taking fourth … Ran her season-best time of 53.29 at the conference meet.
Outdoor: Was a member of the 4X400-meter relay team that took sixth at the NCAA Championships and earned First Team All-America honors … Was an Honorable Mention All-American in the 400 meters … Finished 21st in the 400 meters at the NCAA Championships with a time of 52.98 … Finished third at the East Regional in the 400 meters with her season-best time of 51.36 … Took 17th at the SEC Championships in the 400 meters with a time of 53.61 … Won the 400 meters at the USC Open with a time of 53.10 … Earned a top-five finish in the 400 meters at the UNF Invitational.

2020
Indoors: Returned to Carolina and became the Gamecocks top indoor 400m runner during the season… Finished as the SEC Indoor 400m Runner-Up after posting a new PR of 52.15, improving her time by a second and a half within six weeks… Qualified as a 400m individual for the NCAA Indoor Championships with the No. 8 time in the country heading into Indoor Nationals… Led off the Gamecocks 4x400m relay team that qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships… Was named an All-American by the USTFCCCA in the 4x400m relay and the 400m, her fifth All-American honor in total and her third Indoor All-America honor… Won the 300m at the Clemson Opener where she posted the second fastest time in program history with a 37.10 which was also the 13th best 300m time in NCAA history (according to USTFCCCA.com)… Won the Dr. Sander Challenge 200m in New York City… Posted a season best time of 23.60 in the 200m at the Orange and Purple Elite, which was good enough for a top 30 time for most of the indoor season.

2019
Indoors: Helped bring an NCAA Championship to Columbia in the 4x400m relay, claiming the title for the Gamecocks in 3:30.76… Earned her first First-Team All-American honor with the 4x400m relay team… Was a member of the runner-up 4x400m relay team at the 2019 SEC Championships where the quartet finished with the third-fastest time in program history at 3:29.56 and the fastest mark by a indoor Carolina 4x400m team since 2004… Won both 200m dash events she competed in, including a personal-record of 23.57 at the Tiger Paw Invitational… Ran the 400m three times, finishing with a personal-record of 53.07 at the Carolina Challenge.
Outdoors: Earned her second straight All-America outdoor honor, aiding the 4x400m relay team at the 2019 NCAA Championships… Finished in 3rd place in the 4x400m relay at the 2019 NCAA Championships with the second fastest time in school history at 3:26.90… Was a part of four first-place finishes with the 4x400m relay team throughout the outdoor season, including claiming the title at the NCAA East Regional and the 125th Penn Relays with the same squad that claimed the All-America finish… Participated in the 4x100m relay eight times, claiming two first-place finishes, including a season-best time of 43.86 at the Florida Relays… Ran once with the 4x200m relay squad, claiming a first-place finish at the 125th Penn Relays with a time of 1:32.78… Competed in the 200m dash six times during the outdoor season, earning a personal-record of 23.01 at the Gamecock Invitational… Claimed a first-place finish at the USC Outdoor Open in the 400m dash… Finished with a personal-record in the 400m dash at the Florida Relays with a time of 52.24.

Indoors: Ran the 400m twice, including a victory at the Navy Winter Invitational… ran a season-best 54.58 at Navy… was also part of the 4x400m relay squad.
Outdoors: Ended her freshman season as a 4x100m relay All-American while also competing in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m relay… earned third-place finishes in the 400 at the Weems Baskin Invitational and the Gamecock Invitational… ran a season-best 53.80 at the SEC Championships, when she finished 12th… part of a second-place finish in the 4×1 at the USC Open… moved into the main 4×1 lineup for Penn Relays and scored in the event at the SEC Championships, where she was part of an eighth-place finish… helped the 4×1 run a season-best time of 44.02 at the NCAA East Regional as the squad finished eighth and qualified for nationals… ended the season in Eugene with a 14th-place finish to earn second-team All-America status at the NCAA Championships… led the 4×4 relay squad to victories at the Weems Baskin Invitational and the USC Open as well as a collegiate division win at Penn Relays… helped the 4×4 run a season-best 3:33.22 at the regional meet, part of a seventh-place finish… led the 4×4 to a 17th-place finish at the NCAA Championships… competed at the USATF Junior Championships at the conclusion of the collegiate season, placing ninth in the 400m with a new PR time of 53.18.
