Brian Bachman

Brian Bachman joined the Gamecock staff in June 2025 as the Assistant Director for Player Personnel and Recruiting.

Bachman came to Columbia after a three-year stint as Director of High School Scouting for the Oregon football program whre he assisted with the identification, evaluation and recuitment of both high school and transfer portal prospective student-athletes. During his tenure at Oregon, the Ducks signed numerous Top 5 recruiting classes.

Bachman graduated from Penn State in 2022 with a degree in political science and a minor in sports studies, While in Happy Valley, he served as a student coaches’ assistant and recruiting intern for Nittany Lion Football.
