Marius Aleksa

Marius Aleksa is in his first season working with the Gamecock football program as the Director of Process Development.

Aleksa has experience supporting professional and collegiate athletes, soldiers and Paralympians as a mental performance coach, including stints with Major League Baseball’s Miami Marlins (2023-25) and with the United States Army Special Warfare Center and School (2021-23). In addition, he has collegiate coaching experience with swimming at Ohio State and Utah.

Aleksa has an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Chicago (2012) where he was a varsity swimmer, and graduate degrees from Oakland University (2014) and National University (2020).
