USC Athletics Participates in 2003 Next Step Foot Care Clinic

On Monday, October 28 and Monday, November 18, the Mens Golf Team, in conjunction with Christ Central Ministries, continued its monthly Foot Clinic.

Approximately 40 people were treated and provided socks each month. Shoes and work boots were issued to those in need, as well as new shoe orders taken. Mens Golf Team members West Streib, Alex Hamilton and Martin Rominger along with Head Coach Puggy Blackmon and Assistant Coach Rachel Bates conducted the clinic.

USC Head Athletic Trainer, Dr. Rod Walters, and Palmetto Chiropractic Drs. Jason Yoder and Jud Heldreth were available for medical attention to feet. Palmetto Chiropractic Assistant, Dayna Britt, assisted in sock and shoe distribution. Christ Central Ministries Volunteer Chaplin, Paul Bodamer, continued his faithful assistance as well.

We continue to be grateful to Shandon Baptist Churchs Sunday School Classes for their financial help. Also, many thanks go to School Health and Supply and ACO Med Supply for donating medical supplies.
