Who:

The University of South Carolina men’s and women’s basketball teams will be at the State Fair to shoot some hoops, take pictures and sign autographs when it’s $1 admission night at the Fair and parking is free on Wed., Oct. 10, 2007.

When:

The event will kick off at 6 pm with the Carolina basketball teams signing autographs on Oct. 10 at the State Fair.

What:

The two teams will host a basketball showcase on Wed., Oct. 10 at the South Carolina State Fair at the WIS tent on the State Fairgrounds next to the Cantey Building. Fans will have a chance to meet the players and members of the coaching staff. Fans can also take picture with the players, the cheerleaders and Cocky.

The South Carolina Pep band will be in attendance to entertain the crowd.

There will also be a basketball court set up where fans can shoot around with their favorite players for prizes. The fans in attendance (at the showcase) will receive tickets to the South Carolina Basketball men’s and women’s home openers (BOTH OPEN ON FRI., NOV. 9: WOMEN: 5:30 pm vs. St. Francis and Men: 8 pm vs. South Carolina State).
