COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina men’s soccer team (2-2) continues its 2007 season this Tuesday, hosting Wofford (2-0-1) in a non-conference contest at Stone Stadium. The match is slated to begin at 7 p.m. Carolina holds a 7-0 advantage in the all-time series with Wofford, including a 2-0 win last season.
Carolina enters Tuesday night’s game with a 2-2 overall record after falling in both of its games at the UConn adidas Classic last weekend. The Gamecocks fell to host UConn, 3-0, on Friday and USF, 2-0, on Saturday. USC defeated intrastate rival Clemson and Presbyterian to begin its season with an impressive 2-0 start.
