2005 C-USA Men’s Soccer Tournament Central

Conference USA released the bracket for the 2005 Men’s Soccer Tournament on Sunday evening and No. 2 seed South Carolina will play No. 7 seed Kentucky in the first round on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 2:30 p.m. CT. The tournament will be contested in Dallas, Texas, at Westcott Field on the campus of Southern Methodist University. Semifinal action is set for Friday, Nov. 11, and the championship match will be played at 1 p.m. CT on Sunday, Nov. 13, live on CSTV.

Eight of the 10 C-USA teams advanced to the league tournament. SMU will square off with No. 8 seed Tulsa in the Wednesday nightcap at 7:30 p.m. No. 3 seed UAB will kick things off at Noon that day against No. 6 seed Memphis in a rematch of the 2004 C-USA Men’s Soccer Championship final. The 5 p.m. match features No. 4 seed Florida International matching up with No. 5 seed Marshall.
