USC Places 45 Student-Athletes on SEC Freshmen Academic Honor Roll
Carolina boasts second-highest league total

COLUMBIA, S.C. –
The University of South Carolina placed 45 student-athletes on the 2003 Southeastern Conference Freshmen Academic Honor Roll, the second highest total in the league. SEC Commissioner Mike Slive named a total of 395 freshmen student-athletes to the list Wednesday based on grades from the 2002-03 academic calendar.
